• Corrugated roller replacement can be finished in 15 minutes with a few button. When replacing the corrugated roller, the whole set of corrugated roller is driven by a motor then put into the machine and fixed on the base of the machine.
• The corrugated roll is made of 48CRMO high quality alloy steel, after heating treatment, the surface is ground and treated with tungsten carbide.
• Corrugated roller and pressure roller adopt air bag control system with high stability, also have air pressure control buffer effect.
• The gluing quantity is controlled by electric adjustment, with the electric gluing device, the gluing system can operate independently when the main engine stops, preventing the glue from drying out.
• Adopts mobile gluing system to realize not only convenient cleaning but also convenient maintenance and repair work.
• Complete function, easy operation and humanization. Simple operation control system and touch screen operation interface are adopted to display operation status, function selection, fault indication, troubleshooting and parameter setting with color graphics.
• Use internal preconditioner with spray system to adjust core paper temperature and moisture.
• The main and auxiliary corrugated roller and pressure roller bearings all adopt high temperature lubricating grease to ensure the bearing life and smooth operation.
