• Using cover-suction structure and high pressure fan with silencer. Air and electrical control are in the same operation cabinet which is no less than 1.5m away from the main machine.
• The wall board is made of cast iron with thickness of 130mm and operation side is fully enclosed.
• Corrugating rollers is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, after tempering, medium frequency quenching, surface grinding, the surface hardness could be more than HRC58. Corrugating main roller diameter is Ø280mm. The bearing of corrugated roller and pressure roller in key parts are high-temperature bearing. Raw materials of corrugated roller and pressure roller are provided by Zhongyuan Special Steel.
• Pressure roller is made of 45 carbon steel and its diameter is Ø280mm. Surface is grinding and chrome plated. The lifting of the pressure roll is controlled by air cylinder.
• The glue coating is by sliding plate, and the surface of the roller is chromed after mesh process. The surface of the squeegee roller is ground after chrome plated.
• The unilateral height of upper corrugated roller and pressure roller are respectively 0.15mm and 0.075mm. Add limit device. A large cylinder is used for pressing the cylinder. All the preheating rollers are made of metal hoses.
