Fully Automatic Basket Stacker

Features:
  • Our automatic basket stacker features a five-section belt conveying, variable frequency closed-loop control, available in automatic, accurate counting, stable conveyor and quick separation to achieve the conveying process.
  • Paper pressing by the roller brings no damage to the paperboard, carbon fiber paper strips are strong and wear resistant.
  • The shutter can achieve automatic adjustment in accordance with the order structure, achieving alternating stacking between large,small as well as scattered orders.
  • The moving out of basket part is available by nylon plastic conveyor belt, non-destructive to the backing paper.
  • The lifting and lowering of the basket is achieved by elevator servo,with appropriate weight balancing, achieving high efficient energy saving. The basket, after moves out, will be delivered to the next production process by the conveyor belt platform.
