• Using cover-suction structure and high pressure fan. Air and electrical control are in the same operation cabinet.

• Corrugating roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel with main shaft diameter of φ320mm. Thought tempering, roughing, inner bore fine boring, shaft drying, welding, tempering stress reduction, fine grinding, rough grinding, intermediate frequency quenching, CNC grinding, tungsten carbide processing.
• Use frequency motor as main power driven to save energy and improve efficiency with low failure rate.
• 10. Adjust the width of the glue to adapt to the change of base paper width.
• The amount of glue is adjusted by electric motor, displayed and operated by the touch screen, and the clearance of glue is transmitted through the encoder to realize high accuracy.
