• This SF-220/250 vacuum suction single facers are cassette changeover facers.
• The corrugated roller system and pressure roller system designed in modular structure are convenient to maintain and replace.
• The glue system of our corrugated machine can be taken off separately for maintenance.
• It does not need to discharge the vacuum cover when repairing or replacing the corrugated roller since the machine is designed in a rotational structure.
• Corrugated rollers, pressure roller and glue roller are pneumatically pressed, which keeps the running of the vacuum suction single facer stable. The corrugating rollers are processed by tungsten carbide.
• Glue gap can be adjusted electrically with digital display.
• The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel and the roll surface is chrome treated.
• Hardness of rollers can be HRC55-60 and the working diameter of our vacuum suction single facer is Φ405mm.
• Maximum working speeds of the two models of paper board processing machines are respectively 200m/min and 250m/min.
