Our high speed single facer line is specially design for large-scale single facer paperboard production. This paperboard production line can slit and stack 1 to 4 different sizes of paperboards at the same time.

High-Speed Single Facer Sheeter with Stacker
This machine is used to slit and cut the single facer paper into the same or different sizes according to customers’ needs. The sheeter is composed of the feeding unit, slitting unit, cut-off unit, conveyor and the stacker.

The cut-off unit is controlled by AC servo system and the driver power is 5.5kW. The stacker whose maximum stacking height is 300mm can achieve vertical stacking and auto transverse paper output. This paperboard processing equipment will alarm for job change when 30 pieces of paper sheets are left in the current job.
