1. Paper feeding unit
1) The speed and operation of this unit is controlled by the control button on the main control panel which is convenient and reliable.
2) The start of the main machine is controlled by the button to ensure safety of the operators and machine.
3) It has the function of paper feeding and counting to display the production quantity.
4) This machine adopts electric clutch which is equipped with alarming light for continuous alarming during running to ensure the safety of the operators.
5) The running transmission shaft is equipped with additional friction type clutch to protect the motor from being burnt by misoperation and overload.
6) The printing and slotting unit can electrically and automatically return to zero.
7) It is equipped with pneumatic interlocking device.
2. Printing unit
1) Printing plate roller
(1) The outer diameter of the printing plate roller is ф288 mm (hanging plate roller: the outer diameter is ф300mm including the thickness of the plate).
(2) The printing roller is made of superior thick wall seamless steel pipe of which the surface is fine ground and plated with hard chromium.
(3) This roller has the function of balance correction so that the running is stable.
(4) During the assembly and disassembly of the printing plate, the positive and negative turn is controlled by the electric foot switch which is convenient and flexible.
2) Imprinting roller
(1) The outer diameter of the imprinting roller is ф129.75mm.
(2) The imprinting roller is made of thick wall seamless steel pipe of which the surface is fine ground and plated with hard chromium.
(3) This roller has the function of balance correction so that the running is stable.
(4) The spacing adjustment of the imprinting roller is carried out by self-locking device. The adjusting range is from 0-11mm.
3) Anilox roller
(1) The diameter of the anilox roller is ф165mm.
(2) The anilox roller is made of thick wall seamless steel pipe of which the surface is fine ground, engraved with overlapping curve and plated with hard chromium.
(3) The screen dots distributes uniformly. The inking is uniform as well, thus the service life of the printing plate and the rubber roller can be improved.
(4) There will be speed difference when the rubber roller and the anilox roller rotates, so that the rubber can act as ink scraping device.
(5) When being equipped with automatic pneumatic lifting device of the paper feeding system (the anilox roller will descend and contact with the printing plate during printing; when printing stops, the anilox roller will be lifted and separate from the printing plate), it can be used for prevent ink accumulating on the printing plate.

4) Rubber rider roller
(1) The outer diameter of the rubber rider roller is ф168 mm.
(2) The rubber rider roller is made of thick wall seamless steel pipe which is covered with durable, corrosion resistant and wear resistant rubber.
(3) The rubber roller adopts special grinding treatment so that the effect of ink distribution is quite good.
(4) The spacing adjustment of the rubber roller is carried out by self-locking device. The adjusting range is from 0-3mm.

5) Phasing adjustment device
(1) This phasing adjustment device has the structure of planetary gear.
(2) The phase is displayed directly by digits so that the operation can be more convenient, visualized and accurate.
(3) The adjustment of the printing phase is carried out by 360° electric digital planetary gear. The running and stopping can be adjusted as well. The adjustment of the phase is controlled by the phase brake motor.
6) Ink circulation device
(1) This ink circulation device is equipped with pneumatic diaphragm pump which can realize stable ink feeding. And the operation and maintenance can be quite easy.
(2) It is also equipped with ink filter screen to filter the impurities.
7) Phase fixing device for printing
(1) The pneumatic brake mechanism will limit the rotation of the gear to keep the tooth in the original fixing point when the units are separated and the phase are being adjusted.
3. Slotting unit
1) The phase adjustment is the same as the printing unit.
2) The thickness of the slotting blade is 7mm which is made of alloy material. The split structure of the creasing wheel enables convenient creasing change and maintenance. The pre-pressed paperboard is not easy to break up.
3) The upper and lower slotting cutter will move manually in axial direction independently. Phase of carton height and four blades are adjusted synchronously and manually.
4. Die cutting unit
The die cutting precision is ±1.0mm.
1) Operating function
(1) When the die cutting is not carrying out, the template roller and the urethane rubber roller can be unloaded by adopting cylinder eccentric gear to reduce the idle load of the machine. Meanwhile, the service life of urethane rubber roller and cutting die can be improved.
(2) This unit adopts planetary gear which is the same with the printing unit.
(3) The die cutting phase is adjusted by 360° electric digital device. The running and stopping can be adjusted as well.
(4) The horizontal movement can be adjusted manually. The adjusting range can be 10mm in both direction.
(5) The machine is equipped with effective urethane rubber roller correction device so that the rubber roller can be applied to use after several times of correction.
2) Die cutting roller (bottom roller)
(1) The outer diameter of the die cutting roller is ф255mm (without cutting die).
(2) The die cutting roller is made of superior thick wall seamless steel pipe of which the surface is fine ground and plated with hard chromium.
(3) This roller has the function of balance correction so that the running is stable.
(4) The intervals of the fixing screw of the cutting die is 100mm in axial direction and is divided into 20 parts equally in radial direction.
(5) The suitable height of the cutting die is 25.4mm. The thickness of the wood die is 16-18mm for three-layer plates and 17-15,3mm for 5 layer plates.
3) Rubber roller
(1) The outer diameter of the rubber roller is φ255.42mm.
(2) The rubber roller is made of superior thick wall seamless steel pipe of which the surface is fine ground and plated with hard chromium.
(3) This roller has the function of balance correction so that the running is stable.
(4) The cutting die spacing is adjusted manually.
(5) The thickness of the rubber cushion is 8mm, the width is 200mm. It can be used for 6 million times under normal conditions.
(6) It is also equipped with mechanical horizontal moving device which can move 25mm.
4) Stacking machine
(1) The paper discharging can be automatically adjusted manually.
(2) The discharging speed can be synchronous with the paper feeding speed. It can also be adjusted independently.
(3) The stack height can be 1700mm.
(4) The lifting of the platform is driven by the high intensity chain.
(5) The discharging platform is equipped with dropping-proof device to ensure the safety of the operators.
(6) The pneumatic paper pallet will stretch out automatically to support the paper board when the stack height reaches certain level.
(7) This stacking machine is equipped with plane belt with wrinkles to prevent paper board slipping.
(8) The tightness degree of the belt of the paper supporting arm can be independently adjusted. It is not limited by the length of the belt.
