Configuration and Advantages of Our Multi OPP Film Laminating Machine
1. Fully automatic feeder is adopted for paper transportation. Pre-stack feeding table uses vacuum suction belts to keep sheets straight when high-speed running and the stacker is automatically adjusted by photoelectric sensor. Non-stop device is installed to supply sheets in time while the machine is till running. Pneumatic jogger is also used in the delivery. Therefore, the efficiency of this machine is greatly improved.
2. Both film and glue are pneumatically controlled. Vertical short distant drying chamber is designed for film running stably, and the special drying system and automatic temperature control system can make glue dry fast. In addition, the evenness of gluing is controlled by the gap between ceramics roller attached with blade and gluing roller.
3. Big-diameter impression roller which is automatically controlled by electric-control piston is adopted. Its diameter is up to 800mm, so heat circulating system and temperature controller can be set inside. The temperature on impression roller is well distributed, and temperature difference should be less than ±1.5℃.
4. Rotary knife for cutting can be easily controlled through micro adjustment, and sheeted by wheel. Also, electric heating and brush are both used for powder removing, which can remove the powder on printed paper.
5. The whole machine is controlled by OMRON PLC and adopts advanced 8.4inch colorful screen human-machine interface. The speed for each section matching with main section is controlled by OMRON inverter and can be automatically increased or decreased.
6. Original imported bearings are adopted to ensure the machine runs stably for long time. And main electrical components adopt Schneider products.
