High speed UV spot coating machine researched and developed by May Kwa Machinery, adopts upper swing gripper and Teflon UV curing system. It offers high passing sheet speed up to 6600 sheets per hour. Also, it comes with high registration accuracy, high UV curing efficiency, but with low power consumption.

Features and Performances of High Speed UV Spot Coating Machine
High speed UV spot coating machine consists of standard equipments and optional equipments. All of these equipments have their own features and performances.

1. Standard equipments
The standard equipments of high speed UV spot coating machine covers automatic stream feeder, main coating unit, UV curing system, automatic delivery unit and auto control equipment.
In the automatic stream feeder, our product can feed both thick paper sheet and thin paper sheet smoothly with reliable sucker. Adopting low swing front guide and rotational side guide, the paper sheet can be positioned with accuracy and reliability. In addition, the equipment adopts sensitive mechanical and electronic double paper sheets. And if any failure occurs when feeding, miss-sheet detector will immediately make the machine stop running. Suspending loading sheet board for choosing non-stop feeding additional table is also available.
The coating unit is equipped with upper swing gripper for smoothly passing paper sheet. Coating cylinder equipped with a special device ensures easy and quick photopolymer plate installation. And the passing speed varies according to varnish transmission. Both ceramic anilox roller with doctor chamber and ceramic roller with ordinary doctor blade system are available. The blowing device can protect coating surface from being scratched when sheet is turned over to pass. Additionally, the coating machine adopts imported rolling bearings with good precision, easy maintenance and high reliability. After sheet is outside of the coating unit, U.V light will not shine on the grippers, therefore, the grippers will be protected from being deformed and damaged.
In the UV curing system, three UV lights are used to harden the UV varnish immediately. To ensure operator's safety, our machine adopts full and half light conversion and UV light leakage-proof cover. Moreover, UV light can be automatically off when conveyor belt stops. Automatic inside temperature control, electronic switch off at emergency, cooling exhaust device, auto rise and fall of U.V light control box are equipped to avoid excessive temperature inside. Automatic adjust deviation device for Teflon conveyor belt, if any abnormal situation occurs, can automatically alarm. Vacuum suction feeding paper sheet can ensure paper sheet convey stably. I.R dryer is available for water base varnish.
In the automatic delivery unit, mechanical double side's sheet trimmer with sensor and thin sheet guiding device to guarantee sheet delivered smoothly and piled neatly. Delivery unit equipped with photoelectric counting device, count accurate, and can be set clap paper frequency.
In the auto control part, motors adopt invertors to adjust speed, which is safe and reliable. Integrated control with PLC provides easy operation and maintenance, and lines link with quick plug and jointer offers easy installation and maintenance. Also, the coating machine is equipped with complete safety detecting device to guarantee operator's safety.

2. Optional Equipments
Optional equipments include air conditioner, feeding and delivering non-stop mechanism, and coating part for water base and IR dryer.
Forced cooling system can adopt air conditioner to minimize sheet curling and sheet conglutination resulting from high temperature in the process of piling.
Semi auto auxiliary table for sheet feeding to pre-pile out of feeder, height: 1100mm, to be pushed in by a dolly. When the delivery auxiliary table starts action, the main machine decreases speed automatically to improve production efficiency.
Independent varnish supply device, when main machine stops, varnish supply roller will run continuously to avoid the drying of varnish. The reflective hood of I.R. Quartz-tube can accumulate heat on the sheet surface.
