Auto spot UV coating machine which can be operated by single labor, features small location with 16m², high speed with 4500sph and low power consumption with 40kw. With accurate overprinting and good oil-distributing, our machine can increase the spot coating effect and greatly improve the printing quality of paper. It is suitable for coating the folder with its gluing part uncoated and can process both on light and thick paper.

Functions
1. Feeding part
The feeding part of auto spot UV coating machine is equipped with the paper-separator which is controlled by a cam device with simple structure. The paper-separator is durable without maintenance or lubricating, and comes with excellent abrasion resistance. Also, the positions of paper and paper-divider can be easily adjusted with the paper-separator. The overprinting is more accurate with the micro adjustment system to adjust the front register and side register. Additionally, detectors are adopted like photo-electric detector to control the paper deflecting and double-paper detector to ensure the lifting limit of stacker. Our machine uses pneumatic paper presser to protect plate.
2. Oiling part
The oiling part of our equipment adopts gripper feeding system and oil-distributing system. Pressing roller and plate roller are pressed close and away by pneumatic power. Oil-distributing system is below the plate roller, so both resin-plate and rubber-plate can be installed and uninstall conveniently. Oil-distributing system is formed by 4 rollers, and features even distributing and stable oil supply, thus making our equipment suitable for both spot and flood coating. Water-recycling temperature controller is equipped in the Oil supply system to control the temperature of varnish.
3. UV curing part
In the UV curing part, it is composed of UV lamp, reflector, electrical control system, cooling and air exhausting system. Automatic temperature controller equipped inside will switch off the power for abnormal temperature. Generally our product works in the full lamp mode, and if none paper, double paper forwarding or emergence stop occurs, it will automatically turn to half lamp by using full and half lamp mode automatic switching.
4. Delivery part
In the delivery part, it makes low noise with chain transporting. It adopts double tracks chain and smooth and stable gripper delivery. Exhausting system like fan is equipped above the delivery part to ensure the safe operation.
5. IR drying part

With the optional IR drying part, our equipment is also suitable for water-based coating.
