Details of Corrugated Paper Platen Die Cutting Creasing Machine
1. Top-fed Feeder
Corrugated paper platen die cutting creasing machine is equipped with the world's most famous German MABEG model M7 high speed top-fed feeder. With the top feed, no scratches will be created on corrugated paper during feeding. The feeder adopts non-stop feeding system and pre-loading system, and is equipped with double sheet detection device. Also, it is equipped with servo motor controlled speed reducer which is used for high front edge registration and avoiding crash on the paper. Micro adjustment is available for transversal position of pile table.
2. Bottom-fed Feeder
Our machine adopts the Japanese design bottom-fed non-stop feeder with 6 suckers. It is equipped with reliable paper feeding, front lay and double-sheet sensor. The adjustable paper load down pressing plate and Habasit belts improve paper feeding efficiency. With pneumatic side push guide plate at drive side and motorized left & right push lay, it meets various printing requirements. Optional angle adjustable pre-loader system is available. Also, servo motor controlled speed reducer is applied to bottom-fed feeder.
3. Feeding Table
Our user-friendly feeding table consists of adjustable rubber wheel and brush wheel, both of which are controlled by cylinder. The adjustable wheels ensure precise positioning to enter into front and side lay. In addition, being equipped with special designed push side lay, the table achieves high accuracy. Also, micro adjustment is also available.
4. Diecutting Section
By adopting Toggle design, the diecutting pressure can be up to 400 tons. With the touch screen controlled by electrical pressure adjustment system, the pressure can be easily set up. Digital display of pressure data facilitates set up of repeat jobs and cutting chase turn-over device helps actualize short set-up of repeat jobs. Inverter- controlled ABB main motor contributes to maximum speed 5000 sheets per hour.
Computerized control display system and 3D touch screen operation can immediately trace and visualize machine status and possible machine stop causes. Our machine adopts automatic centralized lubricating system and automatic main drive chain lubricating system. 3 cam index box device and overloading protection clutch are used for perfect registration. Centerline system on diecutting chase ensures accurate registration. Our gripper bar chain imported from Renold UK. Lightweight and durable aluminum alloy 8 pieces gripper bars with ultra hard coat and anodized finish ensure accurate and consistent paper registration. Pneumatic lock-up system on diecutting chases to increase efficiency. Last but not least, our machine is equipped with reliable brake air clutch to ensure safety and smooth braking.
5. Stripping Section
Double-action movement structure with upper and lower stripping frame facilitates die change and motorized upper frame suspending hoist. Match with the centerline registration system in diecutting section, the same system also apply to the stripping section to minimize changeover time. Accurate positioning and gripper front edge waste removal system ensure higher production efficiency. With male and female die, our machine is available for various stripping jobs.
6. Delivery Section
In the delivery section, our machine adopts Japanese design non-stop delivery system. The system has motorized automatic delivery rack and is equipped with electronic batch counter and conveyor roller delivery table, thus effectively avoiding scratches on paper. What's more, photo-electric devices prevent over-ascending and over-descending of paper pile, ensuring safety.
