Four corner six corner box folder gluer machine, also called 4 and 6 corner collapsible box folder gluer, is furnished with imported components to provide better performance. Being equipped with Japanese imported servo system regulated through touch screen, it provides easy operation for 4 and 6 corner folding. And the first fold and the third fold can be changed over by 180° and 135° in the case of long distance folding part. Turn-over hook speed is both adjustable and testable with Japanese OMRON encoder. In addition, American vaclo glue spraying system is adopted for upper gluer tank. The gluer tank owns three guns with photonics and two sensors, thus improving the efficiency of gluing. Germany HHS glue spraying system is also available.

Except the performances described above, it features smoother and steadier paper transmission by using pneumatic pressure regulator and electric vibrating system for paper pile. Last but not least, optional low-temperature plasma treatment equipment is employed to meet the various degree of overlap carton.
