We adopt individual driving box to prevent dynamic oscillating from working to improve the running stability of the single facer. In addition, the corrugated roller, made of special alloy steel with grinding process and electroplating, has the hardness of HRC55-58 and is very durable. To support outstanding sealing performance and ensure reliable lubrication, the main bearings of the single facer are all lubricated with special grease. Furthermore, the vacuum suction system of the single facer offers great lute shape, and as we adopt hydraulic control technology on flute movement, the flute can work very steady and easy to be adjusted.

The paperboard dual flute single facer also has good control system. We offer you PLC control unit and you can see the parameters of the single facer on a screen display. Moreover, the paperboard dual flute single facer can recycle glue automatically, and with pneumatic control system, the glue application can have great performance. In addition, the digital read out device is optional.

The paperboard dual flute single facer's top speed is 250m/min, and its available width range is between 1400mm and 2500mm. The diameter of the corrugated roller is 320mm.
