The NC single facer stacking cut off machine consists of high speed single facer line and high speed single facer sheeter with stacker. It is specially designed for massive production of paperboard. The single facer stacking cut off machine has a large width of 1200-2500mm, a wide cutting range of 150-1300mm and an accuracy cutting and slitting precision of ±1mm. The maximum working speed of different equipments is 80m/min, 120m/min and 150m/min and there are eight flute types of A, B, C, BC, E, F, G and N. More than that, it can slit and stack 1-4 different sizes at the same time.

The high speed single facer sheeter with stacker of the single facer stacking cut off machine can slit and cut the single facer paper into the same or different sizes for customers' need. The sheeter is comprised of feeding unit, slitting unit, cut off unit, conveyor and stacker. Cut off unit is controlled by AC servo system with driving power of 5.5kw. Besides, the stacker has an automatic transverse output structure and stacks vertically. Moreover, the maximum stacking height of the stacker is 300mm. The specification of the paper weight is 100g/m2-600g/m2. Finally, if the thirty PCs stop in production process, the single facer stacking cut off machine will alarm for timely rectification.
