The mechanical shaftless mill roll stand perform paper roll clamping, horizontal moving and lifting operations through an electrical mechanism. The motors all adopt cycloidal pinwheel gear motors and are equipped with overrunning clutch. With rolling bearing and brake, the paper pulling head moves flexibly and helps effectively solve such problems as poor paper tensile strength, easy breaking, etc.

The mechanical shaftless mill roll stand is convenient to operate and maintain, which contributes to reduced labor intensity. The shaftless mill roll stand also offers high efficiency and safety. The single channel with four supporting arms can simultaneously support two volumes of paper and adjust the position of reel. In addition, the clamping and rotary devices are equipped with constant torque clutch, which ensures safe operation.
